Shipping & Delivery

With standard UK shipping you order should arrive within 2-3 business days.

United Kingdom:

Free UK shipping.

We ship to Mainland UK, plus the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. We don't ship to PO Boxes.

EU Customers:

Free EU shipping to select member countries.

Rest of World:

Shipping costs shown at checkout.

EU CUSTOMERS:
 

Duties & Taxes are prepaid and included at checkout for orders under £120. Orders above £120 may be subject to additional duties or taxes for which you will be liable.

Rest of World:

Duties & Import Taxes are not included and as the recipient, you will be liable for the payment of all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

We are currently shipping to Mainland UK, plus the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands.

We also ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and the United States.

We are working with our shipping partners to enable us to ship to additional countries. As soon as new shipping destinations are activated, we will let you know via our website and Instagram.

Sorry about that! For UK orders, tracking can sometimes take up to 24 hours to activate once a package leaves us.

For international deliveries, we recommend checking your tracking number on your country’s postal service tracking for additional information. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, email hello@sekkeizu.com for assistance.

If your item is marked as delivered on tracking, but you haven't received it, please contact us ASAP and within 24 hours of the update.

Orders & Payments

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. We will notify you via email if there’s any unexpected issue that might affect this.

Once your order has dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link included.

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@sekkeizu.com ASAP. We will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. If your order has already been dispatched we cannot amend the shipping address.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Please email us at hello@sekkeizu.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel your order. Please note an order cannot be cancelled after it has dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We know that starting new skincare can be exciting, but you are also diving into the unknown. We wholeheartedly believe in our product and know it will become a trusted skin saviour for years to come, so we want to support you with your journey towards your best skin by providing our promise when you shop at SEKKEIZU:

If you’re not thrilled with our products in any way in the first 30 days, we will happily make it right - or fully refund you.

Please contact our customer care team at hello@sekkeizu.com with your order number and we’ll assist you with your query.

Exchange & Returns Process:

  • Email hello@sekkeizu.com with your order number and the items you wish to return within 30 days of purchase.
  • Send back your item/s to us (we strongly recommend sending your items using a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for delayed, damaged or lost packages). Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage costs.
  • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Your refund will then be processed (usually within 7 working days), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable.

EU Customers:

Because duties and taxes are collected by the government in the country where the goods are received (and not by SEKKEIZU), we do not reimburse for these expenses.

Most returns are processed within 7 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

All returns shipping costs are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

Refunds take up to 7 working days from the date your return is received and approved. It will depend on your bank.
